GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

If you’d like to hop into the next class, use the link below to create your free account and sign the waiver. Then you are good to go.

Classes meet at 11am, Noon, and 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. There is one fitness class on Friday at 11:30am.

And then, of course, we have Yoga w/ Emily on Wednesdays at 12:30pm. You can always check the updated schedule through this link.

You are also able to download the Black Wolf CrossFit App in your phones app store (iPhone/Android) which allows you to track your workout results and your attendance.

BODY COMPOSITION SCANS

All Enhanced Drilling team members are invited to take advantage of complimentary body comp scans on our InBody 270.

The scan takes less than 60 seconds and only requires bare hands and bare feet.

You’ll receive a result sheet that will show you 15+ data points. And we would love to chat so we can help you understand what that data means.

Our three favorite things to look at are body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and Basal Metabolic Rate.

We will bring the scanner by every few months so you can jump on and check your progress. The result sheet will map the changes over time with each new test.
