The Schedule
Monday - 11am, Noon, and 2pm
Tuesday - 11am, Noon, and 2pm
Wednesday - Yoga Only at 1:30pm
Thursday - 11am, Noon, and 2pm
Friday - 11:30am
CBRE has the gym available from 4am to 8pm daily. During our fitness classes, the gym is open to everyone even if you are not participating in class.
During yoga, we do ask that the gym only be used for yoga during that 45 minute window. Feel free to work out up to the minute it begins or start the minute it ends.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
We tailor each workout to the people who show up. You do not have to do what someone else does. Come down, break a sweat, cool off, and then get back to work or on with the rest of your day!
All you have to do is come down. With the gym downstairs and in the back, it is not a big deal to come down late. You will not interrupt anything. People begin working as they come in. We are happy for you to make it down at any point!
YOGA CLASS
And then, of course, we have Yoga w/ Emily on Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 2:15pm.
We have yoga mats available but you can also bring your own.
Emily leads an all level flow and just like our fitness classes, you go at your own pace and stay on your own level. If you need to come down and just lay in child’s pose for 45 minutes, go for it!

BODY COMPOSITION SCANS
All Seadrill team members are invited to take advantage of complimentary body comp scans on our InBody 270.
The scan takes less than 60 seconds and only requires bare hands and bare feet.
You’ll receive a result sheet that will show you 15+ data points. And we would love to chat so we can help you understand what that data means.
Our three favorite things to look at are body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and Basal Metabolic Rate.
We will bring the scanner by every few months so you can jump on and check your progress. The result sheet will map the changes over time with each new test.
