WEIGHT LOSS HUB

Losing weight is a matter of eating less food than you need to use for energy throughout your day. If it takes 2500 calories for me to live a normal day without any remaining, then eating less than 2500 consistently would lead to my body losing weight. 

This is irrefutable. But I I loathe the fitness influencers who end here, leaving you to wallow in your shame because obviously this is so simple even an idiot should be able to figure it out. 

What that bonehead failed to mention because has never had to worry about it himself, is how on earth do you know how to eat less than you burn? How much are you already burning? And how much are you already eating? None of this is easily identified. 

But it has given you two things to work with: Eating Calories & Burning Calories

EATING CALORIES

You need to eat. You are not a failure because you feel like you need to eat. Humans need to eat. And to perform well, mentally, emotionally, and physically, you need fuel. That means more eating. Just to exist you need fuel. So, again, that means eating. 

A word of encouragement? If you workout semi-consistently, and certainly if you workout here at Black Wolf, you probably need 1500 or more calories a day just to exist in a vegetative state. 

BURNING CALORIES 

Now for that second part. I cannot express to you how much more impactful your nutrition will be on your weight loss compared to any level of working out you hope to do. Especially if you are not a former athletes or gym goer. 

You cannot outwork a bad diet. Simple as that.

But, working out can assist and accelerate your progress.
